Last Sunday was Christ the King Sunday, a day where we celebrate that Our Lord Jesus Christ is the King of the Universe. It is also called Youth Sunday, where we celebrate all that our young people do to put their faith into action in order to help others. We do incredible things as young people, it is important to recognise what we already to for others, and to build on this through Jesus’ message of prayer, love, forgiveness and care.

Even though this week is youth themed, today we want to think about how we as the younger generation can help the older generations. They often face the same issues that we do without us even realising it.
